EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport, greeted by office representative and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 : Trek preparation and half day sightseeing. Overnight at hotel
Day 03: In the morning fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) then trek to Phakding (2610m). Its 3-4 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m).Its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 05: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar (3440m)
Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860 m).Its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4360m) . Its 5-6 hours walk from Tengboche. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 08: Rest day at Dingboche
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4910m). Overnight at Tea House
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364m) , visit EBC and then trek to Gorakshep (5140m) . It takes about 8-9 hours . Overnight at Tea House
Day 11: Early in the morning trek to Kala Patthar ( 5545m), and then trek to Pheriche ( 4280m). It takes about 8-9 hours. Overnight at Tea House
Day 12: Trek to Tengboche, its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 13 : Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar which is 3 / 4 hours . Overnight at Tea House
Day 14: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m). Its 7-8 hours walk from Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 15: Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu (1350m). Overnight at Hotel
Day 16: Free day
Free for shopping or other activities.
Day 17: Departure
1. Transfer airport – hotel – airport including domestic flight. 2. All accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara. 3. Transportation: Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu by flight. 4. TIMS and Everest National Park Entry Fee. 5. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with tea or coffee during the trek. 6. Guide and necessary number of porters during the trek. 7. Guide and porter's salary, food, accommodation, transportation and insurance.
1. International Flight and Tourist Visa Fee for Nepal. 2. Meals in Kathmandu and Pokhara. 3. All personal expenses such as bar bills, beverage, mineral water, snacks etc. 4. Hot shower during the trek. 5. Personal equipments. 6. Personal and medical insurance, emergency rescue evacuation. 7.
