Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Kathmandu airport, meet and greeted by office representative. Transfer to hotel.
Day 2
Trekking preparation day, half day sightseeing and Spa retreat at Ananda Natural Therapy Center. Overnight at hotel
Day 3
Drive from Kathmandu to Jiri (1955m) by private vehicle or local bus. Overnight at lodge
Day 4
Trek from Jiri to Deorali ( 2710 m) , its 7-8 hours walk from Jiri. Overnight at Tea House
Day 5
Trek from Deorali to Sete ( 2580m), its 7 – 8 hours walk from Deorali. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 6
Trek to Junbesi ( 2670 m ) which is 7-8 hours walk from Sete. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 7
Trek to Nunthala ( 2330m) which is 6-7 hours walk from Junbesi. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 8
Trek to Bubsa (2360m) which is 5-6 hours walk from Nunthala. Overnight at Tea House
Day 9
Trek to Surke ( 2290m) which is 5-6 hours walk from Bubsa. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 10
Trek to Phakding ( 2652m) which is 4-5 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 11
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m), its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 12
Acclimitization day at Namche Bazaar
Day 13
Trek to Tengboche (3860m) , its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 14
Trek to Dingboche (4360m) , its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House
Day 15
Acclimitization day at Dingboche
Day 16
Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche ( 4940m) , its 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House
Day 17
Trek to Gorakshep – EBC – Gorakshep, its 8-9 hours walk. Overnight at Tea
Day 18
Early morning hike to Kala Pathar (5545m) and after seeing the Everest view trek down to Pheriche. Its 7-8 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House
Day 19
Trek to Namche Bazzar (3440m) which is 5-6 hours walk . Overnight at Tea House
Day 20
Trek to Lukla (2800m) which is 6-7 hours walk. Overnight at Tea House.
Day 21
In the morning fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Transfer to hotel
Day 22
Free day
Free for shopping and other activities.
