In this package you will be visiting the most popular tourist destinations like Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara having unique characteristics. Each day you will have Spa/ Natural treatments, Yoga or Meditation during this trip.
Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival
Arrival at Kathmandu airport, greeted by office representative and transfer to Osho Tapoban (An International Meditation & Retreat Center). After rest spa retreat ( Massage and Sauna), Meditation
Day 02 : Kathmandu
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am,after breakfast sightseeing in Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bouddha and Pashupatinath. Overnight at Osho Tapoban. In the evening Meditation session.
Swoyambhunath : Swoyambhunath, a stupa on the top of the hill known as monkey temple
Kathmandu Durbar Square : In Kathmandu Durbar Square you will be visiting KalBhairav Temple, Kasthamandap Temple, Kings Palace, House of the living goddess Kumari.
Bouddha : Boudhanath is the largest stupa which is the holy stupa of Tibetan Buddhist.
Pashupatinath: It is the holiest pilgrimage of Hindu where you can see the crimination of the dead body according to hindu religion.Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu
Day 03: Kathmandu – Chitwan
In the morning yoga (Asana and Pranayam) 7:00 – 8:00 Am. Fly from Kathmandu to Bharatpur Chitwan. In the evening Acupuncture . Overnight at Island Jungle Resort
Day 04: Chitwan
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am and in the evening Meditation and Acupuncture (6:00 -7:00 Pm)

Day 05 : Chitwan – Pokhara
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am. Fly from Chitwan to Pokhara In the evening spa retreat ( Massage and Sauna/ Steam bath). Overnight at Tempe Tree Resort
Day 06: Pokhara
Early morning, drive to Sarangkot, Sun salutation yoga and meditation. In the afternoon sightseeing in Pokhara city ( Gupte-shwor cave, David’s fall, Seti George, Pokhara Regional Museum, Bindabasini temple and boating in Fewa lake). In the evening Spa Treatment (Massage and Sauna/Steam bath). Overnight at Temple Tree Resort
Sarangkot : The village is located on a mountainside ridge at an altitude of 1600m, from Sarangkot you can see the panaromic Himalayan range, from Dhaularigi in the West to the Machhapuchare and the rounded Peak of Annapurna II in the East.
Gupteshwor cave : Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is probably the longest and attractive cave in south Asia.
David’s Fall : The Davis Falls is a unique waterfall around 2 kms from the centre of Pokhara city. This falls flows directly into a narrow and deep canal which has no ends.
Seti George : The river has carved a deep, narrow chasm through the middle of town, turning the water milky white in the process. Seti River passes right through Pokhara, but you won’t see it unless you go looking.
Day 07: Pokhara – Sanga
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am. Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. In the evening spa retreat ( Massage and Sauna/ Steam bath. Overnight at Hilltake Health resort
Day 08: Sanga – Namobuddha
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am. After breakfast sightseeing in Bhaktapur Durbar Square and drive to Namobuddha. In the evening meditation . Overnight at Monastery in Namobuddha
Bhaktapur Durbar Square: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur is famous for its arts, culture, and craftsmanship. In Bhaktapur you will visit Durbar square, Taleju Temple, Nyatapole Temple, Royal Bath centre.
Day 09 : Namobuddha – Kathmandu
In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam ) 7:00 – 8:00 Am.After breakfast drive to Kathmandu, on the way sightseeing in Patan Durbar Square. In the Afternoon Massage & Sauna. In the evening meditation Overnight at Osho Tapoban
Patan : Patan is situated in the Southern bank of Bagmati river, this city is famous for its metal and wooden carving. In Patan you will visit to Viswonath Temple, Bhimsen Temple, Golden Temple, Krishna Mandir.
Day 10 : Kathmandu : Rejuvenate day
Massage, Shirodhara, Relaxation technique, Pedicure, Medicure, Scrub at Arogya Mandir. In the evening Meditation
