Day 01: Arrival

Arrival at Kathmandu airport, greeted by office representative and transfer to Osho Tapoban (An International Meditation & Retreat Center). After rest spa retreat ( Ayurvedic Massage and Sauna). In the evening Meditation ( 7:00 – 8:00PM)

Day 02 : Kathmandu

In the morning Yoga ( Asana and Pranayam) 7:00 – 8:00 AM. Half day sightseeing. In the evening Meditation ( 7:00 – 8:00PM) Overnight at Tapoban

Day 03 : Kathmandu - Pokhara

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM). Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara , it takes 25min. by flight. Transfer to hotel, In the evening Spa retreat ( Massage and Sauna /Steam bath). Overnight at Temple Tree Resort

Day 04 : Pokhara – Nayapul - Ulleri

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM) After breakfast drive to Nayapul, it takes one and half hour from Pokhara. Then  trek to Ulleri which is about five hours walk to reach to Ulleri (1940m) . Overnight at Tea
House.

Day 05 : Ulleri - Ghorepani

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM) , after breakfast trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2750m), it takes about 5 hours walk. In the evening meditation and Yog Nindra(Yogic Sleep) (6:00 -7:00). Overnight at Tea House.

Day 06 : Ghorepani – Poonhill - Tadapani

Early morning trek to Poon Hill (3194 m), it takes about 45 min / 1 hour. Sun salutation Yoga and meditation at poonhill. After breakfast trek to Tadapani (2590 m) which is 6 hours walk. In the evening meditation  (6:00 -7:00)Overnight at Tea House.

Day 07 : Tadapani - Chommorong

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Chommrong (2210m) , it is about 4-5 hours walk from Tadapani. In the evening meditation and Trataka (6:00 -7:00). Overnight at Tea House.

Day 08: Chommrong - Dovan

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM) after breakfast, trek to Dovan, its 5 hours walk. In the evening meditation and Yog Nindra(Yogic Sleep) (6:00 -7:00) Overnight at Tea house.

Day 09: Dovan -MBC

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Macchapuchhre Base Camp ( 3700m ) which is 5 hours walk. In the evening meditation Overnight at Tea House

Day 10 : MBC - ABC

In the morning Asana and Pranayam, Sun salutation  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Annapurna Base Camp ( 4130m) which is  3 hours walk. In the evening meditation and Trataka (6:00 -7:00PM)Overnight at Tea House.

Day 11 : ABC - Bamboo

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Bamboo (2310m ) which is 7 hours walk from ABC. In the evening meditation (6:00 -7:00PM). Overnight at Tea House.

Day 12 : Bamboo – Jhinu Dada

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM)  , after breakfast trek to Jhinu Dada ( 1780m) which is 5 hours walk. Here you can enjoy natural hot spring. The medical properties of these hot springs have been used by the people for centuries to cure various ailments from arthritis to body aches and even sinuses. It is a popular tradition among Nepalese to visit hot springs during the winter months. In the evening meditation and Yog Nindra(Yogic Sleep) (6:00 -7:00) Overnight at Tea House.

Day 13 : Jhinu Dada - Ghandruk

In the morning yoga & meditation ( 6:30 Am – 7:30 AM In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Ethenic Gurung village Ghandruk which is 5 hours walk. In the evening meditation .Overnight at Tea  House.

Day 14 : Ghandruk - Pokhara

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), after breakfast trek to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara . In the evening spa retreat ( Massage & Sauna / Steam bath ) Overnight at Temple Tree Resort

Day 15 : Pokhara

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM), half day sightseeing. In the evening Acupuncture. Overnight at Temple Tree Resort

Day 16 : Pokhara – Kathmandu

In the morning Asana and Pranayam  (7:00AM – 8:00 AM),fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Spa retreat (Massage and Sauna). In the evening Meditation. Overnight at Osho Tapoban

Day 17 : Rejuvenate day

Massage, Shirodhara, Relaxation technique, Pedicure, Medicure, Scrub at Arogya Mandir. In the evening Meditation

Day 18 : Departure

Departure
